Mr. Kretschman is the Managing Partner of Olympus Capital Group. He oversees all portfolio acquisitions. In addition, Mr. Kretschman has experience in a number of real estate areas including property management, financing, construction, and zoning. He has served as the elected Controller of Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, where he oversaw a staff of 25 and sat on the board of the county pension fund, with more than $500 million in assets. Prior to serving as Controller, he was the youngest elected Township Commissioner in the history of Abington, Pennsylvania, where he went on to chair the township Public Works Committee and served as Vice President of the Board of Commissioners. He has extensive experience in land development issues, zoning matters, and code compliance. He received a bachelor's degree in History and Political Science from Drexel University and completed graduate coursework at the University of Pennsylvania's Fels Center of Government.
Mr. Wilkinson is Olympus Capital Groups primary deal facilitator and analyst acting as an intermediary between buyer and seller. Mr. Wilkinson has experience in multiple facets of the multifamily real estate, including Acquisitions, Finance, Construction, and Asset Management. He attended Drexel University earning a degree in Finance.
